Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed at trianyway.com. Tri Anyway is a trading name of a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42191480. Full details are in our contact information.

1. Products and prices

We sell T-shirts that are printed to order. Product photos are representative; colours can look slightly different on screen. All prices are in euros and are final prices. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

2. Your order

The contract is formed when you complete payment and receive our order confirmation by email. If we cannot fulfil an order, we let you know and refund you in full.

3. Payment

You pay at checkout with the payment methods offered there. Production starts after payment.

4. Delivery

We ship to the address you give at checkout. Delivery times are in our shipping policy. If delivery takes more than 30 days, you may cancel and get a full refund.

5. Withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days after delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. How this works is described in our refund policy.

6. Warranty

Your shirt must be as described and fit for normal use. If it is not, you have the rights the law gives you. Misprints and damage are covered as described in our refund policy.
